Yes we think their is some truth to what he is saying – We have already become NABCEP certified for Solar and are looking to get a certification in RESNET (Energy Auditing) – Having somebody on staff with LEED AP would probably be good but is currently not on our “to do list”

This is a great idea. We get calls now and then to pull a permit for the homeowners work. It never fails some corrections are needed to get it to pass. This is a great way to make sure the homeowner knows what to expect. Thanks for sharing the tip!

This is an interesting post. How do you pay your electricians if not by the hour? Are you using a commission system? I gather you make higher profits and get greater efficiency, and at the same time your electricians make more money. I don’t know how you’re doing it, but I think your idea is a good one, and I’m glad to see you’ve come up with a system where everybody wins.
