The initial estimate was shockingly expensive but realistic and competitive. Running 400ft. of 220 amp lines is just plain expensive. In order to make this affordable, The Electric Connection was willing to split up the job. They were extraordinarily flexible by letting me buy the bulk of the materials direct from wholesalers (even gave names of places to call) and let me do the portion of the job I was qualified to do (dig trenches!). It ultimately dropped the price of their involvement by almost $5000!!!! And made this whole project do-able. The gentlemen that came to do the work were professional, courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day.
