Once he arrived, I explained the problem and he worked about two hours to diagnose and solve the issue. Overall service was quite professional and friendly. “We were having surges, damaging surge protectors and equipment, lights were flickering and one circuit completely lost power. John from The Electric Connection came out for troubleshooting our problems. He spent a couple hours testing connections and outlets, replaced 2 burnt breakers in the main panel, swapped out a faulty switch and moved and repaired a poorly wired receptacle where the majority of the damaged equipment was located.
When power was restored to the circuit, it didn’t seem to be flickering any longer. Unfortunately, the flickering came back a few days later.
